We are currently advising a College on taking on an aspect of higher education provision from a neighbouring university, looking at property, staff, student and constitutional issues and the terms of the transfer itself.
We are working with a university on the development of a new campus, advising on all aspects of the deal from the initial planning application and procurement stages through selection and appointment of funders and consultants and preparation of all necessary documentation.
