The Financial Services Group consists of 6 lawyers (3 partners) and can draw on the expertise of other specialist lawyers in corporate finance, pensions and wealth management. The group has particular experience of the issues affecting in-house lawyers in financial services firms and regulatory bodies. Being part of the Corporate & Commercial Department, the group is well placed to coordinate the provision of general commercial support to financial services firms.
