The Team provides a full spectrum of property litigation services including all legal work associated with management of residential and/or commercial property portfolios, management of leasehold portfolios, issues affecting commercial owner/occupiers and/or leaseholders, site assembly issues for developers and all aspects of agricultural litigation. We have clients throughout the UK.
We represent our clients in all relevant Courts and Tribunals from the County court up to the Court of Appeal for civil cases, in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, the Lands Tribunal, the Land Registry Independent Adjudications Services and the Agricultural Land Tribunal. We also represent our clients in mediations, arbitrations and independent expert adjudications.
However, our key focus is always on attempting to resolve the difficulties faced by our clients in a sensible and pragmatic manner. We aim to help our clients avoid formal litigation where possible but to ensure that they have the best possible representation when litigation is unavoidable. We provide many of our services on a fixed fee basis.
