Acting for Home Housing in the acquisition of Copeland Borough Council’s 4000 units of council housing along with associated staff and assets. Drafting transfer documentation, advising on pension and TUPE issues, dealing with all conveyancing and transfer issues and assisting with post-transfer matters including establishment of service level agreements
London Borough of Tower Hamlets
Dealing with all the property and conveyancing aspects involved with the stock transfer of the councils 30,000 units of housing to various housing associations

Dickinson Dees handled a 6 scheme extra care housing PPP project between DCC and Hanover HA dealing with all stages from procurement, through contract negotiation and drafting to completion and operation. In addition Dickinson Dees acted for Gateshead MBC in the negotiation and drafting of “Overarching” and “Operating” contractual documentation in relation to an extra care housing PPP project between GMBC and Housing 21 consisting of five 40 unit developments

Establishing this new RSL group from two existing clients. Providing initial reports on potential structures through to the creation and successful registration of the group, Dickinson Dees co-ordinated the due diligence process, drafted all constitutional and intra-group documentation and carried out the whole process successfully within the clients challenging timescales.
