Services to Banks and Professional Trustees
Dickinson Dees advises a number of corporate and individual professional trustees including trust companies of major banks and offshore trustees. This service is provided in some cases through membership of the solicitors’ panel of the relevant bank. Examples of areas on which advice is regularly provided include the following:

This group is headed by Andrew Playle, a trust lawyer with considerable experience in the UK and offshore. Other senior members of the group include partners in the private client department such as George Lyall and Alexander Dickinson.
