• Salford Royal Hospitals: the redevelopment of Hope Hospital in Salford;
• Tameside & Glossop Acute Services NHS Trust: the redevelopment of Tameside General Hospital;
• Langbaurgh: the development of a new community hospital in Redcar;
• Aintree: the development of a new Elective Care Centre in Liverpool;
• Advising funders on a number of LIFT projects throughout England
• Queen’s Park Hospital, Blackburn: an £80m project to develop a new hospital in Blackburn
