About The Online Application Process
The application form for training contracts and work placements is available on this site. To complete an application form you need to create an account. You create an account by filling in your details below. You don't have to complete the application form in one session. Your partially completed application form will be saved and you may come back to the form at any time (prior to the closing date) by logging in using the Username and Password you provided when you first registered.
Once you submit your application, we will send you confirmation by SMS and email. Please ensure that these details are correct and up to date. If you change any of your contact details, please email graduate.recruitment@dickinson-dees.com.
A hard copy of the application form is available on request.
Data Protection
Dickinson Dees LLP takes the issue of data protection very seriously and will process the personal details provided to us on your application form in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. Your information will be held by our human resources department and will be used for the purposes of administering your application for work placement and/or employment with us and informing you (in the event of your application being unsuccessful) of any other position at Dickinson Dees LLP that we consider may be of interest to you. By contacting us by email and providing your mobile phone number, you are consenting to Dickinson Dees LLP contacting you via email or SMS for these purposes.
It may be necessary for us to disclose your personal data (or parts of it) to other members of Dickinson Dees LLP and, from time to time, certain third parties including the Law Society, the Inland Revenue and our professional advisers.
We retain hard copies of application forms (and accompanying information) for a period of no more than four years from the date on which we received them unless you commence employment with us, in which case your application will form part of your employment record.
