- advising an NHS trust on defending over 1200 equal pay claims;
- representing a government agency in its defence of multiple equal pay claims;
- successfully defending 1 million wrongful dismissal claim against a quoted company client;
- high profile termination of quoted companies, universities and NHS trust executives;
- high volume work permit applications for major inward investors;
- advising over 12 quoted companies on executive and employee share option schemes;
- acting for a large number of pension funds;
- advising on the application of TUPE and on consultation with trades unions in connection with PFI transactions;
- reviewing and updating contracts of employment and policy documents to take into account recent legislative changes and associated developments in the employment field;
- providing advice and assistance on the issue of conducting investigations into allegations of sexual harassment.
