Employment Tribunal Claims
Effective representation of clients' interests in relation to Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal claims is an essential feature of the service we offer. Contractual Issues
We advise on contractual issues including the review and drafting of employment contracts, senior executive service agreements and policy documents including collective and recognition agreements. Also advice relating to the termination of employment contracts and the completion of compromise agreements. We work closely in such matters with our pensions, tax and financial planning groups to provide a holistic approach.
Everyday Issues
We can help you with advice on everyday issues including the application of the Working Time Regulations 1998, and the national minimum wage.
