    Glenn read law at Trinity College, Cambridge and before joining Dickinson Dees spent six years with the major City of London practice, Freshfields. Glenn has been a partner since 1986. He has been advising on employment law issues for over 20 years and is head of the firm’s employment law team. Glenn has considerable experience in advising clients on all aspects of employment law and regularly appears as an advocate in the Employment Tribunal.

    Chambers 2007 edition says of Glenn that
    "he is rated by clients for his big picture view and "second to none" technical skills."
    He advises clients in both the public and private sectors including local authorities, NHS Trusts, Durham and Northumbria Universities and well known companies such as Nike, Formica, and Northern Electric.
