Expertise

    Jocelyn has over 25 years experience in the planning sphere, including 12 years spent with a leading city law firm. Her expertise covers the whole spectrum of town and country planning law, including compulsory purchase and compensation matters.

    Throughout her career Jocelyn had specialised in planning and regeneration work acting for numerous bodies, including developers, landowners, local authorities, urban development corporations, affordable housing providers and privatised utilities. Recent work has included acting for local authorities on a number of major regeneration schemes – work which has highlighted in her selection by the Lawyer Magazine as one of the Hot 100 for 2006.
    Jocelyn is a member of the Law Society’s Planning Panel. She features in the Directory of Legal Experts, Chambers Directory, the Legal 500 and Planning Magazine Legal Survey for 2008.
