- Nigel has three main areas of responsibility: transactional conveyancing; joint management of the residential property group; and joint management of the remortgage group. Nigel’s group acts for “Top 10” lending institutions on the provision of conveyancing and remortgage services to their customers. His group comprises over 150 people and they also deal with residential conveyancing matters introduced by estate agents from around the country as well as providing such services to employees of major employers. The group has been highly innovative in its use of IT and as a result, Nigel is a member of HM Land Registry’s E-Conveyancing working party.
