Expertise

    Sally has been Head of the Insolvency & Corporate Recovery Group since 1 March 2008. Sally trained with Dickinson Dees and became a Partner in April 2002. She is experienced in all areas of insolvency, specialising in investigative work.

    Sally heads up the Investigation Unit of the Directors Disqualification Team and has worked with the Insolvency Service for in excess of 15 years covering the full range of cases, from small owner-managed businesses failing to meet their tax bill to complex group structures and multi-million pound frauds.

    The firm is one of only three agent solicitors appointed to undertake investigations on behalf of the Insolvency Service in England and Wales.

    Sally also specialises in bankruptcy work and spearheads the Group's personal insolvency initiative.
